All of our service packages and plans come with a limited refund option. The specific conditions for a refund depend on the package or plan you have purchased.

In general, once a package or service has been purchased, it is non-refundable. However, we do recognize that there are exceptions, and in such cases, we may offer either a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Terms and Conditions for Refunds

  1. Deadline-Based Refunds: If the work associated with your package or plan is not completed by the agreed-upon deadline, we will issue a full refund. Please note that if the order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, the estimated delivery date may be extended, and in such instances, a refund will not be provided.
  2. Cancellation-Based Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order, no refunds will be issued if the work has already begun or has been completed. If work has not started, a full refund will be provided.
  3. Incorrect Order Refunds: In case you’ve made an error in your order and wish to cancel immediately after the purchase or before the commencement of the work, we will issue a full refund.
  4. Post-Delivery Refunds: After the completion of work and delivery of the report, we will not be able to process any refunds under any circumstances.
  5. Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  6. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 4 to 10 working days for the refund to process, depending on the mode of your original payment.
